This boat was partially built by the owner and then left in the garage for over a decade. I finished the construction, added perimeter lines, soft padeyes, hatches and bulkheads, and applied an upgraded finish.

4/24/17 - Here is the boat on the day of delivery. A bit more work still to do.

The deck seams are filled with epoxy and reinforced with fiberglass tape.

6/10/17 - The overhanging fiberglass is trimmed off.

6/15/17 - The deck is epoxied into place.

6/16/19 - The boat is tilted on its starboard side and the deck/hull seam is filled with epoxy and fiberglassed.

6/21/17 - The deck is fiberglassed.

7/5/17 - The aft cockpit coaming riser is epoxied into place.

The aft hatch lip is epoxied in place.

7/11/17 - Hatch lips are sanded and smoothed for fiberglassing.

7/13/17 - The shape of a custom center cockpit hatch is traced onto wood.

7/14/17 - The seam in the cockpit cover is stitched and glued with epoxy.

7/20/17 - The underside of the cockpit cover is sealed with epoxy.

7/27/17 - Sanding dust is washed off the hull.

8/1/17 - The deck is ready for varnish.

Custom center cockpit hatch cover is fit into place.
